*Ingredients
°1 kg (6 cups) Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
°8 cloves garlic, peeled
°115 g (1/2 cup) butter
°125 ml (1/2 cup) milk
*Preparation
Place the potatoes and garlic in a saucepan. Cover with cold water. Season with salt. Bring to a boil and simmer for 25 minutes or until they are tender and open with a fork. Drain. Return to the saucepan.
Using a potato masher, purée with the butter. Gradually add the milk and stir until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve in individual bowls. Add a drizzle of hazelnut butter or a cube of butter when ready to serve, if desired.
