Blackberry cobbler



*Ingredients



°2 1/2 C BlackBerry washed



°1 tsp sugar



°1C Accurate



°2 tonnes of chemical yeast



°1/2 tonne salt



°1 C of milk



°1/2 c dissolved unsalted butter



*Methods 



Mix the berries and sugar in a large bowl and let stand 25-30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 375? Mix flour, baking powder, salt and milk with a wooden spoon. Then stir the melted butter and mix it by hand until the ingredients are well combined and you have some lumps. Pour the mixture into a medium, smooth baking dish. You can choose to line them up with butter paper or not, but do not grease the pan. Finally, pour the peeled black berries on top with all the sugar included and distribute evenly over the mixture.



Bake for 45 minutes to an hour, depending on the colour of gold you prefer. Let cool for 5 minutes until it retains its shape.
