*Ingredients:
°1 cup of water
°1/2 cup of butter
° 1/4 teaspoon salt
°1 cup all-purpose flour
°4 eggs
°1 cup thick cream
°1/4 cup powdered sugar
°1 teaspoon vanilla
*Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 Fahrenheit. Line oven paper with parchment paper.
In a saucepan, bring the water, butter, and salt to a boil over medium-high heat. Once the butter has melted, add the flour all at once and stir constantly until the mixture forms a ball and moves away from the sides of the pan.
Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes. Add the eggs one at a time, stirring vigorously after each addition, until the dough is smooth and shiny.
Using a spoon or cavity bag, place the dough in small circles on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until chips are golden and crispy. We take it out of the oven and let it cool.
In a medium mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Once the pastry has cooled, cut it in half horizontally and fill it with the whipped cream mixture.
Enjoy!
