Banana Nut Bread


*ingredients:

• 1 cup of sugar

• 12 cups of soft unsalted butter

• 2 eggs

• 3 ripe and mashed bananas

2 cups of all-purpose flour

• 1 teaspoon baking powder

• 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

• 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Half a cup of sweetened Indian nuts

• Half a cup of chopped fresh pineapple


*Methods:

Preheat  oven 350°F (180°C). Greased 9" x 5" loaf pan.

In mixing bowl, whisk the sugar and butter together until the mixture is light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the mashed banana.

In separate mixing bowl, whisking the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Adding dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined. Stirring in coconut and pineapple.

Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake the banana bread for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Letting banana bread cool in  pan for 10 min, then transfering to a wire rack to cool completely. Serving Hawaiian banana bread warm or at room temperature, slice also top with butter or cream cheese.
