4 large eggs
3 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream
° 1 teaspoon pure vanilla
° 1 tablespoon brown sugar

*directions
In a shallow dish, whisk the eggs, heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon together until well combined.
Dip each slice of brioche bread into the egg mixture, making sure to coat both sides.
In a non-stick frying pan, melt an amount of butter over medium heat.
Add the coated slices of bread to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Repeat the process with the remaining slices of bread, adding more butter to the skillet as needed.
Serve warm French toast with your favorite toppings, such as maple syrup, whipped cream, fresh berries, or powdered sugar.
Enjoy!
